1:1 60 minute sessions over video with Coach Caroline. You will be guided through your personalized exercise program and also have access to any nutrition or behavior coaching that is relevant to achieving your goals.

Program & Nutrition Coaching

This is a monthly subscription service where Coach Caroline can write you self-guided exercise programs specifically for you and your goals, work on nutrition related behaviors or lifestyle factors to help you achieve your health & wellness goals, or you can choose to have it all and do both exercise programming and nutrition coaching.

Consulting & Speaking Services

Have Coach Caroline create a completely customized lunch & learn or lecture for your company, family, or friends. This is a completely customizable service that can be expanded to include, but is not limited to, a health and wellness challenge or consulting on a specific athletic event you have coming up. Prices will vary.
